We usually do a kind of rotation if needed. A lot are happy to sit out to let others in, but it depends on how many want to do it because if only a few, it needs to be on either first come, first serve or maybe “that peep hasn’t been involved for a couple now, we’ll bring them this time.” Cus that’s the ED way. 😀
