1. What game you are applying for and what is your main character’s name?
Rift. My main is called Riothechicken; yes, it’s named after a chicken called Rio (who sadly died recently), who in turn is named after the song by Duran Duran. What can I say? I grew up in the 80s 🙂 We also have/had Roxy (Music), Luka (Suzanne Vega) and Lucy (In The Sky With Diamonds) among many others over the years.2. Please tell us how you came to apply for Eternal-Dawn.

Well…I’ve been around *a while* and have played games since you had to put coins in cabinets to do so. I’ve played most main game genres since the early days of Spectrum, Amiga etc right through the console era. And still continue to do so. However, my MMO experience is very limited. I’ve played GW2 up until very recently when I’ve got a little weary of it. I’ll still go back to it, in fact there’s the next Living Story content coming next month, so I’ll definitely be back for that. I just needed a break. And what better way to have a break from playing an MMO every day..to playing a different MMO every day? 🙂4. Delight the community with a brief introduction of yourself.
My name’s Nick, I’m…ahem…46… I live in the UK. Married…loved it so much I did it twice. I’ve worked at an accountant’s, made furniture, was in the Marines for a few years, and for the last 18 years worked in IT. Outside of work/games, I have 60 chickens, 5 ducks and 6 cats, 3 of which are diabetic (all rescue/re-homed, not caused by us). And I have little time for anything else with that lot to look after.5. Can you confirm you are over the age of 18 please?

I’ve just registered. I’ll hop in game later on my main; my usual gaming hours are late till late. I work from home a lot (at the minute anyway) so I usually have work on one monitor and Rift/a.n.other game on the other, so I get to game in the day a bit too. Life could be worse. It very often has been! I’ll drop you a message in game later anyway, because the sun is just about still out, it’s the weekend and what’s that I hear? Is that a cold beer calling? 🙂 bbl and thanks.
