KeymasterI am bringing back the Sign ups due to our increasing numbers and to make it as fair as possible for people to join the Slivers and hopefully soon to be Raids.
The reason for the Sign up is this;
1. Lets me know who is available that night and our numbers which could mean the difference between a 10 or 20 man run or even just doing Dungeons and swapping peeps in and out after completion.
2. Lets me know what our strengths are then I can make a decision on where to go.
3. Helps me keep track of who signed up but missed out due to Raid size limits. Then those that missed out get the first seats when they can make then next RaidSome of you may think that this can be done from in the game, and it can, but when I am in game I would rather just send invites and get on with the evening. It is also a good habit to get into.
We wont push for a first come first serve sign up, we don’t do that as we understand that some people do not always have access to the Forum.
All I ask is that you give a Yes or a Maybe, I will take a silence as a no.
Also a Yes will take precedence over a Maybe when it comes to me deciding the Raid.
We run these very regularly, so if you miss out, do not worry, just let me know what ones you want to do and we will run them for Achievements. We are mentoring down to do old content at the moment and they are good fun, a tad easy [sometimes], but they are all worth seeing just to see some of the mechanics.
We will be working our way up to SL Slivers soon but that’s for another post.
I dont like people missing out on event nights but it will happen and all i ask is if you’ve done many of the old runs then please feel free to offer your seat, I would happily but I am the silly sod that arranges this crazy stuff 😆

InactiveExcellent idea about sign ups… I’m always happy to give my place to others if wanted/needed 🙂
A thought, as you mentioned Mal, not everybody use forum, would it be possible to sign up ingame? with an addon perhaps?

I think there is but not sure if Everyone needs to install it or just Guild Leader.

KeymasterI am pretty sure everyone needs it becuse i dont see how it would share the data otherwise but,
BiS Calendar is an ingame guild calendar addon for RIFT that is seemlessly integrated into your existing guild window.
It’ll allow your guild to set up events, and optionally post them to the guild wall so those not using it can be aware of incoming events too. Your guildies will be able to see the events, adjusted to their local timezone, and join / leave them at will, indicating which roles they can fulfill.
Whether you’re a serious raiding guild, a bunch of bloodthirsty pvpers or just a group of friends having fun together, this addon will help your guild to plan and organize better your group activitie
Doesnt make much sence soi guess we have to try and find out on our own 🙂

KeymasterWill download tomo before I log, but would prefer to get stuck into some action first.
Forum sign up is ok for now but get the message in game for add on as it seems less painful than a sign up thread 🙂

KeymasterYes it’s a great addon, I have been using it for quite some while now in my mains guild, lately only been quiet same as the guild unfortunately 🙁

InactiveThat looks a very useful addon; I’ve just joined, coming from GW2 and that seriously lacks any sort of addon/macro functionality. Still love the game though, just taking a break. Downloading this now even though I’m nowhere near ready for any sort of raid/dungeons. Too noob…even at lvl 60.
