Ok two pictures for you. I could have taken more but i was elbow deep into a huge platter of meat!
Fire in the making !
How all the meat was about 4 hours ago. That is about half of it btw i couldn’t take pics of the rest cause my hands were dirty. On the side there, aluminum foil with Feta cheese, fresh tomatoes and hot peppers on top. Enough said.

Tempted to share my sauce recipe, well it’s James Martins but I tweak it, but it’s lovely.
What a lovely meat-fest. I just want to dive in there. Yum.
